Sammie & Drew. Oh my gosh. I don’t even know where to begin with these two! I’m so glad our paths crossed and that they chose me to be their wedding and engagement photographer! They are Maryland natives who are currently living the dream in Charleston, South Carolina, so when then topic came up of potentially shooting their engagement photos there, I was all about it!!! I grabbed my boyfriend, Mark, and we drove down to beautiful Charleston for a quick trip!
Yes, Charleston is as dreamy and beautiful as they say! We met up with Sammie & Drew by the famous pineapple fountain to start, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. We had a blast roaming the streets, walking down rainbow row, and viewing the most perfect sunset at the battery. Along the way we laughed and just genuinely had a great time! Sammie & Drew taught us a lot about Charleston and basically I’m convinced that I need to live there.
After our session, Sammie & Drew so kindly treated us to an AMAZING seafood dinner, and then we hit a couple bars around town! It was an absolutely perfect evening with the most creamy, pastel colors and the most romantic light – a photographer’s dream! Add in these two lovebirds and you have one of my favorite engagement sessions ever!!!
