Some wedding days are just such a breath of fresh air – and Stacey and Nate’s did not disappoint! They are such a sweet, loving couple and I have loved getting to know them through the wedding photography process. It was so fun to see them warm up during their engagement photos (and trust me with ridiculous prompts and poses!) and then come to their wedding day looking like absolute professionals!!
Hazelwood Weddings was the perfect location for Stacey & Nate’s bright and beautiful wedding day! It was clean and classic with modern touches and pops of personality. Stacey brought in lots of color with peach bridesmaid dresses, light blue details, colorful bouquets and vibrant wildflowers lining the wooden tables. Stacey is incredibly detail oriented and because of this, everything was absolutely perfect! Bright, cheerful and colorful – right up my alley!!!
The getting ready suites at Hazelwood Weddings are so light, neutral, and comfortable!
Stacey’s mom and bridesmaids helped her into her light, airy gown (perfect for a warm August wedding day) and then shared a first look with her dad!
Nate got to see his bride for the first time during their private moment outside the side entrance of Hazelwood Weddings.
How beautiful is the architecture at Hazelwood Weddings?! It makes such a statement while being so minimal at the same time. The perfect backdrop for bride and groom portraits! The bright colors Stacey chose in her bouquet really struck a balance with the venue’s modern design!
Their ceremony looked out on to the seemingly endless fields.
Beautiful arrays of wildflowers across the reception tables, wooden chairs and tables, light blue runners beauty of the outdoors inside. Black metal lanterns lit up the room while perfectly matching the chandeliers!
We didn’t get much of a sunset on this cloudy day but that didn’t stop us from hopping on the golf cart and heading outside for a few more portraits!
They kicked off the fun after dinner with the shoe game, parent dances, and cake cutting. Then, it was dance floor time for the rest of the night!
