Guys, Liz & Austin’s Caboose Farm Wedding was a day I have been waiting for for a long time!!! I met Liz almost 8 years ago when we started working our day job together. We instantly bonded and became “work besties!” At the same time, we were also both working on building our own photography businesses on the side. It was great to have a buddy who understood the struggles of working full time and also pursuing your passion. It wasn’t long until we started playing volleyball together, too! I remember lots of days sitting at the office, talking all things business and even chatting about our own future weddings…and wondering when the heck our men would finally ask the question! 😛

Liz & Austin are a perfect match. She’s loud & outgoing, and he’s mellow & kind. But when they’re on the dance floor…oh man. They’re a match made in heaven! I’m so happy that Liz found a man who loves 90’s rap as much as she does.

One of the most important things to both Liz & Austin on their wedding day was making sure everyone had an amazing time. Liz being a photographer was obviously concerned about the details (which were AMAZING – you’ll see!) but even more so, they wanted to really soak in the day and the fact that they were surrounded by their closest friends and family. And they did just that. The smiles only left their faces when they were overcome with tearful, joyous emotion.

I’m BEYOND honored that Liz & Austin chose me to photograph their wedding day. It’s been one of my most anticipated wedding days, not only because I knew it was going to be so beautiful, but because I’m so happy I got to watch my friend marry the love of her life. I couldn’t help but cry like a baby when I saw her come down the aisle.

Liz & Austin’s Caboose Farm wedding day was absolutely perfect, from the rich fall colors & woodsy vibes, to the amazing vendor team, I was in photographer heaven!

I seriously could have styled Liz’s details all day long!

They incorporated lots of heirloom details, including family rings, pearls, and even her mother’s nursing pin.

The bouquets contained dried florals & greenery, which smelled AMAZING!

The moment when a wedding photographer finally sees herself as a bride!

Y’all know I love a bridesmaid reveal!

And a daddy-daughter first look!

Austin & the guys got ready across the venue.

Liz gave Austin a tie clip featuring Nikko, their late pup, so he could be close to him on their wedding day.

First look time!!!

Liz looked SO stunning!

Liz’s dad brought their pup, Ryker, over for some portraits!

Bridal Party braved the cold mountain weather for some gorgeous shots before the ceremony.

The colors Liz chose for her bridesmaids worked SO perfectly together and were so perfect for her fall wedding.

Guests were transported to the ceremony site via tractor! They got to see the beautiful views of Caboose Farm as they rode by.

Liz & Austin’s ceremony site was nestled in the woods, overlooking a beautiful stream.

They provided blankets to snuggle up in!

Austin had the biggest smile I’ve ever seen on his face as Liz came down the aisle.

The stream behind them was the most beautiful spot! This is definitely one of the most unique locations I’ve had the pleasure of shooting!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how amazing this grazing table is??? WOW!

The bride & Groom’s good friend Ian serenaded the guests during cocktail hour.

It was cold outside but warm in their reception tent! I love all of the lush greenery used to line their family style tables.

Liz spent months hunting for the perfect candlesticks & glassware for their tables, and they look absolutely amazing!

Dog treat goodie bags for the fur friends who couldn’t make it to the wedding!

And real treats for the humans!

Liz & Austin’s entrance was epic to say the least!

We snuck out for a few more portraits at sunset.

Wedding Planner, Elizabeth, and I both had to sneak in a quick portrait!

They had four beautiful, tear jerking speeches!

And then it was dance floor time!

Who needs cake cutting when you can share a cookie?!

Liz & Austin, I’m so happy for the two of you and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness!
