Chesapeake Bay Beach Club is one of my favorite wedding venues! When Erin & David were describing their classic, romantic wedding day dreams, I knew this was going to be the most beautiful day!
Erin’s details were simple and sentimental. She chose to have several family heirloom pieces photographed, which showed how important their family bond is. That bond was evident throughout their Catholic ceremony where their guests prayed over them, and even more as they danced the night away on the dance floor.
The rich accent colors of merlot and navy were balanced perfectly with touches of white florals, greenery, and gold. The entire day had an air of classic elegance and I’m beyond honored to have been able to witness this beautiful day! Erin and David – congratulations, newlyweds!

One of Erin’s heirloom pieces that she wore was this beautiful ring.

David had their wedding date engraved in his ring!

Erin chose a long, flowy veil to pair with her dress, but we also photographed her mother’s veil! It made a romantic backdrop for her stunning shoes.

Erin’s gown was absolutely perfect on her!

The bridesmaids had the sweetest reaction to seeing her as a bride for the first time!

Butterflies showed up multiple times on their wedding day – a sign that their late loved ones were present!

Erin shared a sweet first look with her dad, and gifted him this personalized tie.

Chesapeake Bay Beach Club’s newly enclosed Garden Rooftop offered beautiful views of the Bay Bridge and lots of warm, natural sunlight.

David and his groomsmen walked down the aisle to the Game of Thrones theme! Mad respect for that one!

The bridesmaids looked amazing in their merlot colored gowns, and the navy suits on the groomsmen were so dapper!

I can’t get over how lovely these two are together!

I looooove when brides wear a long veil – they make the perfect accessory for dreamy portraits!

The sunset ballroom was decorated with simple yet elegant decor. Tall candles, gold votives, and delicate florals adorned each table.

Erin & David’s first dance was made even more romantic by the touch of sunset beaming on to the dance floor!

The weather was perfect, so we headed back out for a few sunset portraits on the beach!

I love when couples aren’t afraid to get a little adventurous, like walking barefoot through the sand or hopping up on some rocks!

As dinner was served, the most amazing sunset I have ever seen at CBBC set directly behind the newlyweds.

The dance floor action did not slow down all night long!

Late night snacks were served to keep guests energized! Popsations popcorn to take home, as well as sliders and fries!

They ended the evening with a glowstick exit! What a way to say goodbye!
