Kaitlyn and Joey have been through the ringer when it comes to planning their wedding! I originally met Kaitlyn and her mom years ago at a bridal show, where they won an engagement session with me! We captured some beautiful photos at Terrapin Beach Park – you might remember them from their blog post! When it came to scheduling their wedding, unfortunately I was not available, so they moved forward with another photographer. Fast forward to 2020, and their wedding date had to be rescheduled due to Covid. Their original photographer wasn’t available, so Kaitlyn and Joey contacted me and I was thrilled to get the chance to work with them again! However, Covid had different plans so they ended up rescheduling a few more times. Luckily the final date stuck and they ended up moving venues to have a Chesapeake Bay Beach Club wedding – just down the road from where we captured their engagement photos a few years back! I think it was meant to be!!!

The Sunset Ballroom was decorated with beautiful champagne linens, gold accents and blush and white florals.
Joey danced with his mom while Kaitlyn shared a dance with her dad and her mom!
