Recently, I had the pleasure of documenting Amanda & Louis’ incredibly beautiful intimate Zigbone Farm Retreat wedding. And let me tell you, the guest list was small, but the memories made were monumental! It was a day filled with so much love, laughter, and heartwarming moments.
Zigbone Farm Retreat is a comfy venue nestled amidst rolling hills and picturesque scenery just below the Pennsylvania-Maryland line. As soon as I arrived, I knew this wedding was going to be something special. The venue exuded rustic charm, with its charming barn, grassy hills and stunning wildflowers, providing the perfect backdrop for a celebration of love.
The bride and groom envisioned a day that reflected their love for nature and each other. Their vision came to life with a color palette of blush, pink, and peach florals, complemented by delicate green details woven throughout the decor. One of the most heartwarming aspects of the day was the presence of Amanda and Louis’ two dogs, Ziggy & Mac! Not to mention, the name of the venue (Zigbone!) was too perfect for Ziggy’s fur parents! Against the backdrop of the farm’s rolling hills, they professed their love for each other in a sweet and emotional ceremony. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house as they exchanged heartfelt vows and sealed their commitment with a tender kiss.
Following the ceremony, the celebration continued with a family-style reception. Long wooden tables were adorned with lush greenery and flickering candles. It really created a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests to gather and celebrate their love. I couldn’t be more honored to have captured these images for such an amazing couple!
